Latest addition to the leadership stable, Mandla joined
Nhlangwini Logistics in January 2021. After high school,
he graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree
in Mechanical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula
University of Technology, followed by a Diploma in
Project Management.
With 17 years of professional experience, Mandla worked
extensively in the Automotive, FMCG and Aviation
industries as Auto Logistics Engineer, as well as FMCG
/ Aviation Project Manager and Maintenance Engineer.
Responsible for daily running of business operations,
Mandla plays a critical role in streamlining complex
processes and ensuring cost-effective logistics
management, while handling client relations and
leading the workforce. In the leadership team, he
bridges achievement of the long-term vision by ensuring
smooth running of interconnected service areas and
systems.
