CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT

OUR WORKFORCE

With the leadership team and staff all hailing from
largely impoverished rural homesteads, it is their passion
and mission to train and develop destitute youth and
women into fully skilled, gainfully employed corporate
citizens.
As the business is run on the principle that paperless
conduct is the optimal way of work in the logistics
industry, employees receive training in technology
navigation and usage best practices – to achieve client
service excellence and optimise the security of their
cargo.
The business employs a balanced blend of classroom
training and experiential skills development, utilising
accredited field specialists. Management regularly
rewards outstanding performance to develop their
talent and future career prospects, indirectly benefit
their families and uplift broader rural communities.

CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT

Aside from indirect beneficiation, Nhlangwini Logistics
also sponsors a number of initiatives in rural homesteads,
geared to boost broader social upliftment.
